Recommended retail prices?
Our recommended retail prices are:
– letterpress greeting card: 3,20 euro VAT included
– pins & broches: 4,5 euro VAT included

Minimum order?
The minimum order on our wholesale only Studio Flash webshop is 200 euro (25 sets).
All cards come in sets of 6.
Free shipment within EU.

Packaging?
Our products are not packed individually, unless otherwise mentioned. Beginning 2020 we decided not to pack our Studio Flash letterpress cards in cellophane anymore. Why we did this? Ah, to make the world a better place. And more reasons for it, you’ll find over here in this blogpost.

Free samples?
We are always happy to send some samples (free of charge) if you are interested in becoming one of our selected selling points! If you’re Belgian based, it is also possible to contact us for an appointment to see the whole collection in real life. We strongly advice to look at our work in real life to experience the handcrafted nature and tactile quality of our work.

Delivery times?
Your order will be packed and send to you every Tuesday and Thursday. In case one of the products you ordered is temporarily out of stock, we’ll inform you about any possible delays in delivery.

Shipping?
We ship to all EU countries for free. For other countries shipping costs are circa 30 euro.

Terms of payment?
Payment after delivery. Your invoice will be send to you via email when your order is shipped. The terms of payment are clearly mentioned on the invoice: payment within 2 weeks.

Carrousel/display?
Want a free* Studio Flash carousel with fancy lasercut wooden headpiece? You’ll only need a minimum order of**:
Carousel Big (64 compartments): min. order 50 sets (402 euro VAT excl)
Carousel Small (32 compartments): min. order of 32 sets (257,28 euro VAT excl)
